All products sold here have a limited warranty period.
LED 4 DEL will honor this warranty on any products that fail during normal use and have been installed and connected properly.
Here is a list of exceptions to our warranty policy:
Not using a voltage regulated power supply to connect LEDs products or controls.
Connecting LEDs to the wrong Output Voltage.
Example: connecting a 12VDC system to a 6VDC power supply.
Improper connection of power supplies, LED products or controls
Connection of LED products or controls directly to any A/C power source.
Connecting Power Supplies backwards to an A/C power source
Example: connection the 12VDC output of power supply to the A/C input line.
Using products in an extremely hot environment
Example: using a non ventilated box in direct 120° sunlight.
Water damage to non waterproof products.
Electrical power surges.
Note: It is recommended that if there is a possibility of power surges then you should consider a surge protector for the incoming A/C power line.
Damage from Lighting or Electrical Storms.
Acts of God.
Example: hail, flooding, tornado, fire, wind
Products or electronic components that have been modified by the user. Orders placed by 3pm Pacific Standard Time Monday - Friday will usually ship the same day, orders received after the 3pm cutoff will ship the next business day

We only ship within the USA and Canada.
Shipments are subject to duties, brokerage and VAT Tax fees. Customers are responsible for any fees or duties. LED 4 DEL is not responsible for these added fees.
Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may be subject to additional fees depending on size and method, please contact us if you need a specific quote for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.
LED 4 DEL accepts returns for defective items within 30 days from the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days. It is the customers responsibility to verify that the products are correct and function properly within this 30-day time frame. Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original method of payment, when possible. A restocking fee of 20 percent will be deducted from the credit for each item returned. Restocking fees must be applied since returned products can no longer be sold as new or warrantied.
This fee will be waived, however, if the customer decides to exchange the item for another product or accept a store credit. All shipping costs incurred for returning items to LED 4 DEL are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be authorized and must have an RA number clearly marked on the box before being shipped back to us.
